Triple Chocolate Chunk Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches

Ingredients & Directions

  • 1 pint chocolate ice cream, softened
  • 1 package (7.2 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Nantucket™ Crispy Dark Chocolate Chunk Cookies(8 cookies)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate sprinkles

Spread about 1/2 cup ice cream onto each of 4 cookies.  Top with the remaining cookies.

Dip the edges of the sandwiches into the sprinkles.  Cover and freeze for 2 hours or until firm.

Tips

Tip: You can substitute your favorite flavor ice cream or frozen yogurt for the chocolate.

Tip:  After freezing, wrap the sandwiches individually in plastic wrap and store in the freezer for up to 1 month for a fast, fun-to-eat treat.
