Ingredients & Directions
- 4 slices Pepperidge Farm® Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread
- 1/4 cup shredded reduced fat Colby cheese
- 2 leafs romaine lettuce
- 4 reduced sodium deli ham
- 2 thin slices fresh pineappleor drained canned pineapple
- 2 slices red onion
- 1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard
Toast the bread slices. Top each hot bread slice with 1 tablespoon cheese.
Divide the lettuce, ham, pineapple and onion between 2 bread slices. Top each with 1/4 teaspoon mustard and the remaining bread slices.
