Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Remove a Pepperidge Farm Frozen Layer Cake from the package, thaw in refrigerator for 3 hours or at room temperature for 1-2 hours
- Mix cake in a large mixing bowl until evenly combined
- Line a cookie sheet with wax or parchment paper
- Use hands to roll 1-inch scoops into balls (tip: wet your hands to prevent sticking)
- Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 30 minutes or until firm
- Melt your choice of candy melts or chocolate according to directions
- Dip the end of a lollipop stick into the melted candy or chocolate and insert one halfway through each cake ball

- Dip each cake pop into the melted candy or chocolate, then decorate
