1. Game Timing/Description: The Goldfish When I Grow Up Instant Win Game (the "Game") begins on 8/24/09 & ends on 2/28/10 ("Promotion Period"). Ten (10) Grand Prizes will be awarded. Grand Prize claims must be received by 2/28/10. A Second Chance Drawing will be held at the end of the Promotion Period to award any unclaimed Grand Prizes.

2. How To Play the Game for a chance to win a Grand Prize: 1) Look in specially marked packages of 11 oz. boxes of Cheddar, Colors and Cheddar made with Whole Grain Goldfish crackers for a set of "FINN & Friends Collectible Cards" attached to the inside of the box. To see if you have won a Grand Prize, open the package, and look for FINN's "Report Card" that says "You're a Grand Prize Winner!" ("Official Game Card"). If your package contains an Official Game Card, you are a potential Grand Prize winner, subject to verification. All Grand Prizes must be claimed by 2/28/10. Non-winning packages will not contain an Official Game Card. All packages will contain a set of "FINN & Friends Collectible Cards" which are not considered an Official Game Card for Game purposes. 2) To play the game without purchasing a Goldfish product: Print your name, address, email address (optional), and phone number, on a 3x5 piece of paper and mail, in an envelope with proper postage affixed, to: Goldfish When I Grow Up Instant Win Game, PO Box 842, Bethpage, NY 11714-0842. Mail-in submissions must be received by 2/28/10 in order to be eligible. Each mail-in submission must be mailed separately. No mechanical reproductions permitted. No correspondence will be acknowledged. Pepperidge Farm, Inc., 595 Westport Ave. Norwalk, CT 06851 ("Sponsor") not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or postage-due mail. If you are a winner, you will be notified by U.S. mail and will be instructed on how to claim your prize. Non-winners will not be notified. Purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Eligible participants may use either game play method. Unclaimed Grand Prizes will be awarded in a Second Chance drawing (See Rule #6).

3. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States the District of Columbia, and APO/FPO addresses, 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Child who will receive the college scholarship must be between the ages of 6 and 18 at the time of prize award. Employees, directors and officers, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), and the respective household members, of Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, agents, individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of game materials, advertising and promotion agencies, and Strobe Promotions, Inc., are not eligible to participate. Game is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. U.S. law governs this Promotion. Game void in PR & where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these Official Rules or interfere with this Game in any manner. If a participant is disqualified, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate that participant's eligibility to participate in the Game.

4. Prizes/Odds of Winning: Ten (10) Grand Prizes: A College Scholarship valued at $25,000. Prize will be awarded as an annuity in the name of the child's parent/legal guardian. Present value of annuity is $18,267. Value based on child with current age of 10. Value will be dependant upon age of child at time of award. (Approx. Retail value ("ARV"): $25,000. Odds: 1:319,680. Total value of all prizes, $250,000.

5. Prize Restrictions: All Grand Prizes will be awarded within 4-6 weeks after the Promotion Period ends (subject to Sponsor's verification of eligibility). Prizes are non-transferable; no substitutions allowed except by Sponsor due to unavailability, in which case substitution will be of equal or greater value. The exception to this will be if the prize is won by a household without children of an eligible age (6-18). In this case, the prize may be transferred to a child of the winner's choosing, but prize will be awarded to the parent/legal guardian of said child. Limit one prize per individual/household. All applicable taxes and any other costs not specifically stated herein are the responsibility of the winner.

6. Second Chance Drawing: A second chance drawing will be conducted at the end of the Promotion Period to award any unclaimed Grand Prizes. You may enter the second chance drawing by printing your name, email address (optional), address, city, state, ZIP Code, date of birth, on a 3" X 5" card. Insert entry into an envelope, affix postage and mail to: Goldfish When I Grow Up Second Chance, PO Box 1144, Bethpage, NY 11714-1144. Mail-in entries must be received by 2/28/10 in order to be eligible. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately. No mechanical reproductions permitted. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and none will be returned. Winner(s), if any, will be selected in a random drawing on or about 3/15/10 by Strobe Promotions, Inc. 535 So. Broadway, Suite 203, Hicksville, NY 11801 ("Promoter"), an independent judging organization, from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning an unclaimed Grand Prize in the Second Chance Drawing are dependent on the number of eligible entries received and the number of unclaimed Grand Prizes available. Winners, if any, will be notified by U.S. mail. Decisions of the judges will be final and binding on all matters relating to this Game.

7. How To Claim a Prize: To claim a Grand Prize: Sign the winning game card and make a copy for your records. Send the original game card and a postcard with your name, complete mailing address and telephone number via registered mail, return receipt requested (or other trackable method) to: Goldfish When I Grow Up Prize Claim, c/o Strobe Promotions, 535 South Broadway, Suite 203, Hicksville, NY 11801. Prize must be claimed by 2/28/10. Game card will be verified by Strobe Promotions, Inc., ("Promoter") an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this game. Fraud detection devices may have been placed on game piece. Any official game piece forged, mechanically reproduced, altered, defaced, mutilated or tampered with in any way, containing printing or other errors or obtained through unintended channels is automatically void. No responsibility is assumed by Releasees for lost, misdirected, illegible or postage due or late entries or mail. All prize claims are subject to verification and compliance with these official rules. All claims submitted become the sole property of the Sponsor and none will be returned. Prizes will be delivered within 4-6 weeks after winner verification.

8. Winner Notification and Verification: Winner confirmation is subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules. Potential Grand Prize winners will be required to sign and execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and where legal, a publicity release and federal and state tax release, and return same, properly executed, within 14 days of issuance of notification. Failure to return any or all documents as specified, a prize or prize notification being returned as undeliverable, or potential winner not complying with any term of these Official Rules will result in the participant being disqualified and the prize may be awarded to a potential alternate winner.

9. Conditions of Participation: By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules & the decisions of the judges, which are final. All materials submitted in connection with the Game become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. By participating, winner consents to the use of his/her name, image, likeness, photograph, voice and biographical material for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes by Sponsor, or a party designated by the Sponsor, in any and all media now or hereafter known including but not limited to, any online announcements, or for sharing this information with the press for viewing, whether TV or print, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law. Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, Strobe Promotions, Inc. and their employees, officers, directors and shareholders ("Releasees") from any claims, actions, injury, loss or damage of any kind, including but not limited to, personal injury or death, resulting from participating in this Game or from the acceptance, possession, or use or misuse of any prize awarded or participation in any prize-related activity.

10. Number of prizes: No more than the listed number of prizes will be awarded. In the event of an error, including but not limited to, printing, production, seeding, technical, computer or human error or for any other reason, the number of winning game plays distributed or received for any prize level exceeds the number of prizes listed for that level, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing from among all non-suspect eligible prize claims received to award the listed number of prizes for that level.
