Original Ranch Spinach Dip

The distinctive ranch flavor is what makes this spinach dip so much better than the rest. All you need are four ingredients and a box of crackers and you've got one terrific appetizer!
1 packet (1 ounce) Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dips Mix
16 oz. (1 container) sour cream
10 oz. (1 package) frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
1 can (8 ounces) sliced water chestnuts, rinsed, drained and chopped
2 pkg. (7 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Baked Naturals® Wheat Crisps Toasted Wheat
Stir the dips mix, sour cream, spinach and water chestnuts in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve with the wheat crisps and snack sticks for dipping.
For Ranch Salsa Dip, omit the spinach and water chestnuts. Stir the dips mix, sour cream and 1 cup Pace® Chunky Salsa in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate as directed above.
For Ranch Shrimp Dip, omit the spinach and water chestnuts. Stir the dips mix, sour cream, 1/4 cup chopped red pepper and 1 can (4 ounces) tiny shrimp, drained, in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate as directed above.
