Everyone loves stuffing, so why not use it to make this flavorful spread, perfect for your next party. Goat cheese, garlic, roasted red peppers and honey add great flavor and texture to this spread.
1 1/4 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth or Swanson® Certified Organic Chicken Broth
3 cups Pepperidge Farm® Herb Seasoned Stuffing
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup soft goat cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme leaves
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. honey
1 jar (about 4 ounces) roasted red bell pepper, drained and minced
1 pomegranate, cut in half and seeds removed
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
Heat the broth in a 2-quart saucepan over high heat to a boil. Place the stuffing in a large bowl. Pour the broth over the stuffing and stir lightly.
Stir in the mayonnaise, cheese, garlic, lemon juice, thyme, paprika, honey and peppers until the ingredients are well mixed. Spoon the mixture into a serving dish. Sprinkle with the pomegranate seeds and chives, if desired.
