Celery Cheese Boats

Crisp celery stalks are loaded with a creamy cheese spread and topped with crunchy Goldfish® pretzels and Goldfish® cheese crackers.

ingredients

Celery stalks, cut into 4" pieces
Whipped cream cheese
Shredded carrot
Pepperidge Farm® Pretzel <i>Goldfish</i>® or Pepperidge Farm® Original <i>Goldfish</i>®

directions

FILL each celery "boat" with about 1 tbsp. cream cheese. Top with carrots. If you like, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until serving time.

ARRANGE Goldfish crackers swimming on cream cheese filling.

TIP: Peanutty Celery Boats: Fill celery "boats" with crunchy peanut butter instead of cream cheese.

Texas Celery Boats: Fill celery "boats" with whipped cream cheese mixed with Pace® Chunky Salsa. Garnish with Pepperidge Farm® Flavor Blasted® Xtra Cheddar® Baked Snack Crackers.
