Mini Goldfish® Meat Loaves

Bake: 30 minutes

Serves: 6

ingredients

1 cup Pepperidge Farm® Classic Cut Seasoned Croutons *
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. milk
Cheddar Goldfish® Baked Snack Crackers

directions

PLACE croutons in zipper plastic bag. Close and crush with rolling pin until crumbs form.

MIX thoroughly ground beef, crumbs, egg and milk. Divide into 6 portions. Shape each portion into small loaf. Place on baking sheet.

PRESS Goldfish® crackers onto surface of loaves.

BAKE at 375°F. for 30 min. or until done.

TIP: *Or use your favorite Pepperidge Farm® croutons.

Make your favorite meat loaf and replace the crumbs with crushed Pepperidge Farm® croutons.

Shape meat loaves into "Goldfish" shapes.

Also delicious served with Prego® pasta sauce.

Serve with mashed potatoes, your family's favorite vegetable and Pepperidge Farm® Chocolate 3-Layer Cake for dessert.
