Mini Goldfish Meatloaves

How tasty...these mini meatloaves are studded with goldfish shaped crackers that add flavor, texture and fun!
1 cup Pepperidge Farm® Seasoned Croutons ( or your favorite variety)
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons milk
54 Pepperidge Farm® Goldfish® Cheddar ( or your favorite variety)
Place the croutons in a resealable plastic bag. Seal the bag and crush the croutons with a rolling pin until crumbs form.
Easy Substitution: You can make your favorite meatloaf and replace the bread crumbs with crushed Pepperidge Farm® croutons.
Alternate Preparation: For fun, you can shape the meatloaves into "Goldfish" shapes.
Thoroughly mix the ground beef, crouton crumbs, egg and milk in a large bowl. Divide the beef mixture evenly into 6 portions. Shape each portion into a small loaf. Place the loaves on a rimmed baking sheet.
Press the Goldfish® crackers onto the surface of the loaves.
Flavor Variation: The meatloaves are also delicious served with Prego® Italian sauce.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with mashed potatoes, your family's favorite vegetable and Pepperidge Farm® Chocolate Fudge 3-Layer Cake for dessert.
Bake the loaves at 375°F. for 30 minutes or until they're cooked through.
