These simply scrumptious breakfast sandwiches feature great taste and interesting ingredients that you can enjoy at home or on the go.
ingredients
4 Pepperidge Farm® Cherry Pomegranate Fruit & Grain bagels
1 cup cholesterol-free egg substitute
4 oz. sliced turkey ham or smoked turkey
4 slices reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
directions
Heat the broiler. Split the bagels into halves. Place the bagel halves onto a baking sheet. Broil 4 inches from the heat until the bagels are toasted, turning the bagels over once halfway through broiling.
Cook the egg substitute in an 8-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat until it's set, stirring often.
Divide the ham among 4 bottom bagel halves. Top each with 1/4 the egg substitute and 1 slice cheese. Broil 4 inches from the heat for 2 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Top with the remaining bagel halves.
