Hawaiian Ham Sandwiches

Pineapples on a sandwich? You bet! This tasty combination is as refreshing as a tropical breeze.
4 slices Pepperidge Farm® Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread
1/4 cup shredded 2% milk Colby Jack cheese
2 leaves romaine lettuce
4 thin slices low sodium deli ham (about 3 ounces)
2 thin slices fresh pineapple or drained canned pineapple slices in juice
2 red onion slices
1/2 tsp. yellow mustard
Toast the bread slices. Top each hot bread slice with 1 tablespoon cheese.
Divide the lettuce, ham, pineapple and onion between 2 bread slices. Top each with 1/4 teaspoon mustard and the remaining bread slices.
